OG Scheduler (“we”, “our”) is a small, private group scheduling tool operated by Alec. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Information we collect
- Your name, as you provide it when you join the crew.
- Your mobile phone number, provided when you give verbal consent to be added.
- Your submitted availability (time slots) for each weekly poll.
- Standard web analytics (page views, aggregated performance data) via Vercel.
How we use your information
- To send you the weekly availability poll, a Tuesday reminder if you haven’t responded yet, the chosen-time announcement, and a pre-call reminder via SMS.
- To calculate the best overlapping time for the group call.
- To respond to HELP replies or support emails.
SMS consent and data sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We use Twilio as our SMS delivery provider. Your phone number and the content of program messages are transmitted to Twilio solely to deliver these messages. Twilio’s handling of that data is governed by Twilio’s own privacy policy.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out at any time.
- Reply HELP or email us to ask a question or request deletion of your data.
Data retention
We retain your name, phone number, and availability history for as long as you are a member of the crew. If you opt out or ask to be removed, your record is deleted from our database.
