OG Scheduler

Weekly group call scheduling for our crew. Members receive a text with a private link to pick their availability, an announcement of the chosen time, and a reminder before the call.

How it works

Monday — availability poll

Each member gets a text with a private link to select the time slots that work for them this week.

Wednesday — chosen time

The best overlapping slot is picked and everyone is texted the scheduled call time.

1 hour before the call — reminder

A short reminder text goes out an hour before the scheduled group call.

Program name: OG Scheduler

Message frequency: Up to 4 messages per week (availability poll, an optional Tuesday reminder if you haven't responded yet, chosen time, and pre-call reminder), plus occasional transactional notices.

Message & data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.

How to opt in: Consent is collected verbally when you are invited to join the crew. Your phone number is only added after you confirm.

How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
